This project is located north of US 78, between the Yellow River and Jessica Daron Ct. The project improved access management within the Evermore CID corridor and required coordination with various property owners. This project required permanent construction easements to complete the expansion. By agreement, the engineering, construction cost and inspection of the proposed access was funded by the CID.
