This project is located along the northern side of the Evermore CID Corridor between Parkwood Road and Westside Court. It connects three properties for the purposes of driveway management within the Evermore CID Corridor and will required coordination with various property owners. By agreement, the design and engineering of the access was funded by the CID and the owners provided the funds necessary for construction.
