The Concept Study of Ross Road to Hewatt Road was completed in 2020. The study focused on ways to reduce the traffic congestion along the Highway 78 corridor within the boundaries of Ross Road to Hewatt Road. The study proposes a project which would enhance mobility and safety, and improve connectivity throughout the Highway 78 corridor by providing an alternative route. Preliminary Engineering funds have been requested.
